1. Course Registration

Upon registration for a course, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy. All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by Student: If you cancel your enrolment more than 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of Rs 1,000.
  • Cancellation by Academy: If Singh Marketing Academy cancels a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the course fees paid.
  • Refunds after Course Commencement: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than [3 days] before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@singhmarketingagency.com with your registration details and the reason for the request. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that the following fees are non-refundable:

  • Course materials and resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Fees for optional workshops or additional services.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Singh Marketing Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
